Knowledge gives...experience. Learn how to make healthy choices and find out how much fun healthy can be. You can even earn the honor of becoming an Intern and be seen as a leader in your school as you gain valuable work experience.

 

Live it!

How healthy are you, really? Find out by completing a personal health assessment. Learn how to make healthier choices as you create your Wellness Plan. Learn about health insurance coverage and how to manage your own personal health record. Then Live It! by evaluating and tracking your progress as you achieve your health goals.

 

Share it!

Lead your peers and younger students in a Share It! activity. Use what you learned and make healthy cool. Form a letter writing campaign. Design posters and hang them throughout your community. Direct and star in a healthy video. Spread the word today.
