Subsidy Program

Highmark Foundation, under its Highmark Healthy High 5 initiative, is offering free use of the Health eTools for Schools portal through Sept. 1, 2013 to any school district within the Highmark Foundations 49-county, Pennsylvania service region in Pennsylvania, on a first come, first serve basis. The value of the program exceeds $40,000/year for a district with 5,000 students. In addition, handheld computers that work with the portal to enable mobile data collection for student health and fitness assessments will be provided at no charge to schools.
